How many slabs on a 26 at once?

I think a 26.75 is in my future. That said, lately I've fallen in love all over again with my OTG, especially to smoke ribs. I cook my ribs high heat, so I can keep the kettle steady but I can only smoke a rack at a time of untrimmed spareribs. Can I get at least 2 slabs on a 26er? Here's what I mean:

Would a 26er provide the room for 2 slabs?

I can do three on my 26 and still have enough room to bank coals on one side. I don't trim mine and there is room. I'll see if I have a picture...
 
If you dont like racks, you can roll them with a skewer and do 2-3 racks on an OTG. If you foil for part of the cook you can unrap and foil, they can overlap at that point.
