Just wondering how long you all have been able to stretch out a full load of charcoal using an ATC. I have an Auber Instruments for my BGE and plan on doing my first brisket on my 22 this weekend. Can I pack it to the gills with briquettes, set it at 250, and let it chug along to cook a 9 1/2 pounder without adding charcoal? Any advice would be appreciated.
