I have been using this technique for some time and wanted to share it with you all...
I take bone in chicken thighs (with skin) and place them in a aluminium pan and coat them with Italian dressing (enough to just coat the bottom of the pan).
I then cook them indirectly @ (if you can) about 300-350 degrees for one hour. I flip each thigh a few times during that hour(or longer).
Then just pull them out of the "tub" and direct grill until crispy on both sides.
I think you will like the results.
I used to marinate them overnight but, now I just skip that now.
