Forgot to grab pics of this cook tonight but this recipe is a keeper.
It’s raining today so I did the wings in the convection oven at convection bake 400° with a cook time of 60 minutes.
Followed the recipe almost exactly and these flavors are very well balanced. I added a light honey drizzle to the wings once I sauced them. I also omitted the sriracha and used red chili flakes powder instead for a warmer heat on the tongue.
Overall I’d do these again and doing them on a WSK or any Weber grill without reservation.

- ▢ 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- ▢ 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ▢ 3 Tablespoons honey
- ▢ 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
