Hello and thanks for the add. Got serious about BBQ approximately 10 years ago. Cook all types of meat, beef and pork ribs, pork butt, tri-tip (specialty), brisket, chicken, etc. Here’s a list of the tools of the trade.
1. 22” WSM :wsm22:
2. 18” WSM :wsm22:
3. 22” Weber kettle :blackkettle:
4. Weber Genesis Gold gasser
5. Vision Classic B ceramic
6. Kamado Joe Big Joe II

Welcome from another local! We live near Disneyland. Your set of working grills is impressive. If you have them all running at once, you might feed a small army. Alright, maybe a regiment or a battalion. :)

We are one-gas-grill-at-a-time kinda' people. We just assembled a natural gas Genesis (SP-E-335) that we have been using for a week or so. That is why I joined this group. We have a very old propane Genesis in working order that it replaced, but it needs grates, flavorizer bars, along with a careful examination, cleanup, and some TLC. We haven't figured out what's next for it yet.

Sure someone here can help you with yhe old gasser no matter what direction. And they can tell you in advance what the cost will be so you can make an informed decision.
