Hi
I'm not new to Weber just new to this Forum.
I was introduced to Weber a few years ago when my girlfriend had a Smokey Joe and I thought it was really neat. I have all my life used propane BBQs and never even looked at a Charcoal one.
One of my hobbies is Garage Sale hunting. Looking for lost treasure in other people's junk. LOL
A couple years ago I went to an estate sale and got a 2010 - 22 inch Original Weber Kettle for 10 bucks. I started researching and learning how to use the Weber and realized how good BBQ can taste with different smoke woods.
Later I picked up a Weber Charcoal Go-Anywhere BBQ Grill for 10 bucks. Cleaned it up and it looks perfect. Still waiting to try this one out.
Yesterday I drove by a 2012 Weber Original Kettle Premium 22” Charcoal Grill for free on the side of the road. Picked it up and after a couple hours of elbow grease, it is almost in perfect condition.
Can't wait to fire it up.
Just wanted to say Hi !!!
