Hey Ya'll, From NC

Hey folks - I've enjoyed reading many forums here lately so decided to create an account. I joined the Weber family back in 2017 when I bought a Genesis II E-310. I have recently convinced myself to look for a new grill, not because my Genesis has failed me, but for the following reasons:
1. I've had an increase in animals pulling my drip pan open and getting into the grill box
2. I'd like to invest in a quality skillet insert and I'd prefer to have the space of a 4 or 6 burner to maximize skillet enjoyment

My Genesis still performs like it did on day one 8 years ago (picture below). Only complaint is the cheap slats for the bottom platform have rusted out, but the frame is in great shape with no rust to speak of. I'll end with this and continue in a new thread asking for your advice. Thanks all!

Welcome Justin! I've had animals eat the grease out of the drip tray before, but never try to actually get inside of the grill. All of the new Weber gas grills have enclosed cabinets so I would think that should take care of that problem.

Hey Justin, WELCOME!!!!!!

Many years ago, my brother, his wife and 5 daughters moved to N.C. I have family galore that I am sad to say I have never met.
