Ok thanks to John Bostwick I got a Heatermeter and it is up and running. I want to configure my HM so I have web access when I'm not home, I signed up for a dns service through afraid.org, i have a subdomain of www.bbqpit.mooo.com, now when I look at the HM config I have no idea what to do to get this to work, can someone help?

mind sharing the step by step, i have tried this a few times and always make a mess of things and nothing works.
 
First I went and signed up a noip.com then I had to contact my ISP to forward my port80 and they associated it with my HM's local ip address.
