Hello from the great Pacific Northwest!
I am new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself.
Although I have been an avid griller and smoker for 20 years, I consider myself new to it.
I have some favorite recipes, homemade seasonings and sauces that my family and friends really enjoy.
There have been a number of grills in my use over the years including the WSM, regular webers, combination of gas and charcoal grills with fireboxes.
I have really enjoyed the cold smoker inserts that use pellets and love what it will do to my fish.
Like many, I am sure, this has been a journey for me with countless inedible mistakes that my family still endures.
I am looking forward to learning more from this forum.
Now the new toy...... this last week I received an electric Masterbuilt smoker for my birthday and just finished seasoning and breaking it in!
I will try to post pics in another post to get critiques and tips!
