Hey everyone,
I am excited to be apart of this site! My favorite (only) grill brand is Weber. My favorite charcoal is Kingsford regular and My favorite cook timer is Miller Lite. I currently have:

A green Weber One touch platinum
A 18” WSM
And my newest addition, a Weber Genesis 320

I am looking for the red white and blue grill to use on the high holidays (4th of July, Veterans Day, Super Bowl, etc).

I love grilling, and now I am moving to longer cooks and smoking (which I promised my parents I quit) I am excited to learn from everyone.

Welcome! Lots to learn here. Great people. You'll find tons of info about how to up your grilling/smoking game but in the process you'll continually find things you didn't know you needed. It's hard to avoid contracting Weberitis here.

The red/white/blue "Star Spangled" charcoal kettle is available online at Wallyworld. If you are lucky, you might still be able to find one on end of season clearance in a physical store. Lowest price I saw was $98 -- great deal.
