Hello from the East (SF) Bay

Looking forward to learning from everyone here! Maiden voyage on my 18" WSM - char siu inspired pork for some delicious banh mi.

What I'm really hoping to get the hang of is fish - salmon and trout, and mollusks like mussels and oysters. I love the tinned smoked mussels and oysters. Hoping i can replicate myself one day.
