I have been lurking for about a year now. I have an 18" WSM that I bought myself for Christmas 2019. I got a fantastic deal on a floor model. I have been grilling / smoking on a Weber kettle for 27 years. This is my first smoker and I am really enjoying it. I have done a couple of pork roasts and a brisket . I need to work on my brisket though. I have tried several recipes from here and all have turned out great, especially the green pork chile. I cook a lot of ribs high and hot with a Texas crutch on the kettle with good success but my first 4 hour smoked ribs were a whole new level of good. This site has been a wealth of knowledge.
