Just a quick hello from central Alabama. Been smoking and grilling on a Bullet and a Performer for a while and am a true fan. I figured I have been creepin here long enough that I needed to join the party officially.
ribs were the order of the weekend this week, but chicken (whole bird and pieces ) is a common fare along with Boston Butts. I'll try smoking just about anything though.
