Hello from So Cal

Hey everyone, Guillermo from So Cal here! Proud new owner of a 22" WSM. After smoking on my Pit Boss pellet smoker and and Weber Jumbo Joe for the passed 3 years, I decided to ask my wife for a WSM as my birthday gift to add to my toy collection, and man, I'm glad I got it! I smoked two beer can chicken's for my first burn, then smoked my first turkey for Thanksgiving. Both burns were delish!! Attached pics of my recent cooks/smokes.

After looking for WSM blogs, I came upon this site, saw the threads and decided to join to help get ideas, and give ideas as well.

I'm a IT Specialist by day, and love to cook/smoke for my family on my down time. I also coach youth football and soccer. Thanks for having me on TVWBB!
