Hi everyone! I've been getting tips, tricks, and ideas off of this forum for a while, and decided it was about time to register. Currently I have a 22.5" WSM and I am about to start a mini WSM conversion with an old Smokey Joe I have. Don't judge me, but I am also still cooking on an old Char-Broil Gasser. It (pretty much) gets the job done, but when it bites the dust, a Genesis E330 is in my future. A Weber Performer is also on the wish list.
