Hello all, My name is Feng, I've been owning my WSM18 for over 1 year. I have cooked mostly pork rib and beef brisket. Also tried ducks and pork shoulder but was not very successful sometimes. I am grateful that this site and forum exist, and I have learned a lot from here. I also do hobby woodworking so I am planning on building a windshield for the WSM sometime in the future.
