After several years of increasingly frequent kettle use, I finally started picking up some accessories a few months ago. It simply started with a Slow N Sear, then a side table attachment, a probe thermometer, a stainless cooking grate... And now a familiar story to everyone here it seems, I'm here with 4 kettles, a C&B Gen 2 Performer, a Gen 1 SSP cart under restoration, and am casually looking for a Genesis 1000 or 2000 to restore this winter.

Welcome Adam! Having Weberitis before joining is not a good sign. It will only get worse with this enabling crowd. 😆
