Hi All! John from Erie, PA here. I have a Weber Summit Silver A that I love and improve even thought it is an expensive model to buy parts for. I am pursuing the perfect London Broil on my grill!
 
Another PA guy here but about 6 hours away in South Central PA. Here was a London Broil I completed a few months ago, it was amazing, I keep wanting to get back to making another. I go to the store to get a London Broil and end up buying something else. After reading your intro I really want to go get another.
