Hello everyone,
I'm from NW Indiana, have been grilling for many years but started to dip my toes into the smoking side of things.
Started grilling on a 18" kettle, which is long gone, but now I have a 22" original and a 22" master touch. Looking to get another 22" master touch soon.
Got my first smoker 2 years ago, 18" WSM, and have been lurking here and other sites for recipes and tips. Only mod at the moment is added casters to make moving it around easier.
I'm looking forward to posting, reading and learning from everyone here.
