Been a Weber user for a long time and have a lot of Weber toys. Have really gotten interested in smoking recently and now I'm looking for any excuse to smoke something/anything on the WSM or a kettle with SnS. I find I'm using the Summit less and less and charcoal more and more.

Looking forward to learning all I can from you more experienced barbecue'ers.

Welcome I was a gas guys until I got into smoking, now I am charcoal only guy and love it. This place has taught me so much.
