Hello everyone,

I'm somewhat new to smoking meats. I've done about five cooks on a modified ECB over the past year, but my lovely wife just bought me a 18.5" Weber smokey mountain for Father's Day so I'm ready to step up my BBQ game!
I look forward to using this forum as a great resource!
 
Welcome to the forum Keith. Congrats on that WSM. Sounds like you had a great Father's Day. This is a great place to learn and to share. Remember, we love pics here.
 
Welcome Keith, your wife did a wonderful thing for you. Your going to love the 18.5 and that's just the beginning. We have some awesome cooks and everything loves to share. We learn from each other good and bad cooks but the name of the game is to have fun.
Again welcome and looking forward to seeing some cooks.
