Hello everyone! I am new to smoking meats, this past Memorial Day was my first time ever. My wife got me a Weber Smokey mountain As a gift after doing a lot of research knowing I’ve been wanting to get a smoker for years now. I’m going to try and attach some pictures of how it went. I smoked some wings, a chuck eye roast, and a rack of short ribs. All came out delicious! Food is something I am very passionate about and I had an awesome time trying this out. Looking forward to learning more from the community!

Wow - that looks awesome. If you are really new to smoking, you might be the rookie of the year!
Thank you! I definitely know food and my way around a kitchen but this was my first time smoking anything. I did a lot of reading so that definitely helped

That is so great food you are producing. That reminds me of how I got into smoking, I am an avid home cook and wanted to increase my range of cooking and my WSM has been a game changer. One of my favorite things about being part of this forum is getting to interact with other people who are as interested in cooking and the process as I am. Welcome!
