Hello TVWBB community from Auckland, New Zealand. I've been a visitor to this website for a while now - and have found the tips and techniques really useful, so it was time to become a member. As I write this I've got a pork shoulder on my Weber kettle, a long slow cook using the "snake" briquette method (I'll post some photos of the cook separately). Crossing fingers for a good result. Looking forward to learning more about using my Weber charcoal kettle bbq and gas bbq's better from all the helpful information shared on this site. Seriously impressed by the dedication to Weber bbq'ing - by all TVWBB members, but especially from all of you in the U S of A!
