Good morning everyone. Pretty much a daily reader/lurker here, finally decided to register. I have been impressed with not just the knowledge, but the comradery and friendliness of this site, and my Webers and I are looking forward to participating in the discussions here. :)

Welcome. Where in MD? I'm in Richmond VA. I have gone to MD to pick up grills a few times and used to live in the DC area.

Yes, you are correct, this is a very friendly site. As you probably know by now if you have been visiting this site for a while, I know nothing about grills, grilling (and taking pictures lol). BUT, if you need some help with WHAT to cook on your WEBER grills, I am here to help. (gee, hope you like seafood) :rolleyes: ;)

Thanks for the warm welcome. I have seen many of your pictures and recipes and they look awesome!
Sorry on the seafood though, not for me. I grew up about 5 miles from the Chesapeake Bay, but never acquired the taste for any of it for some reason. My wife though is a different story, she loves crabs, fish, and shrimp, so I'll pass the seafood post on to her.
 
Charlie, I just finished looking at the photos on your avatar. Clicked on Maryland. Have you seen them? Very interesting.

It has, quite a bit. I've been coming up here hunting for a little over 25 years, and each year saw it building up more and more. We've been living here 7 years now, and lately it has been booming, housing going up everywhere and a lot of congestion. Not quite what I wanted, but we have a nice house and great neighbors, so we'll be here a while, at least until retirement, which is still a ways out.
