I have a 22" Weber Master-touch kettle and I just picked up a 22.5" WSM.

I've been cooking on grills for a few years now, the first few years I had no idea what I was doing! I would just continuously douse the coals in lighter fluid and cook (burn) everything directly over the open flame! :eek:

Only last year did I learn how to actually cook using actual techniques and methods. It is very rewarding to cook something delicious and serve it to my friends/family/neighbors. I am always open to learning and trying new things.

I recently started modding my Webers as well, which is how I found this community!

Look forward to spending time here and learning.
