Greetings all. I just got my first 18.5" WSM. After some research I decided to jump in with all four feet and purchased the WSM, added gaskets and installed a DigiQ DX2. My primary goal is to consistently acheive that exceptional smoked flavor. I have used it once so far and the ribs were not as good as I hoped. They were good just not exceptional. I am not discouraged because I realize I am at the bottom of the learning curve. I will be back with questions.
