Hi Everyone, my name is Neil Curran and I was fortunate enough to purchase a used but well maintained 18" Weber Smokey Mountain recently. The previous owner was kind enough to include another mid section which puts the package just over five feet tall! I think I'll name it 'Mount LeConte'. I don't intend to use both mid sections often but I was impressed with how little smoke leaked out during the initial burn and clean! Oh and don't worry abou those Kingsford bags, they're my ash collectors.
A little bit about me, I live in a little town northeast of Orlando and have been a Weber fan since my dad showed me how to grill 20 years ago on his kettle. I recently got a remote job and have had enough free time to get back into cooking and smoking for my family with delicious and fun results! I am here on VWBB to learn a lot, share what I know, and make incredible food for my family and friends. Cheers!
