Hey there fellow grillers/smokers. Don from Burnsville, MN here. I have owned my Bullet for a couple months now and figured it high time I say Hi. I am definately a rookie by comparison but the first few items I have done have turned out ok. I am actually doing my first brisket as we speak so we'll see how that turns out.

Thanks guys. Well as far as the brisket goes I would have to give myself a final grade of a C-. I was a real rookie on this one and ran the Bullet out of water so the tempature got out of control on me and the brisket turned out too dry for my liking. Oh well, we live to smoke another day.
 
Don... in Burnsville as well. Brisket is tough. I prefer butts. I can have a few refreshments... enjoy myself... and everyone still thinks I pulled off some kind of smokey magic. Check out my posts and send me a note if you want to catch up sometime.
