Hi everyone. My name is Gennady. I'm from Brooklyn NY. I'm 49 years old. I love cooking and grilling. Me and my family we just bought a house not long ago so I also bought Webber Genesis E-310 grill and 22.5 WSM. I never used smoker before so I'm looking forward for it. I'm glad to join this community

Welcome to the forum Gennady. Congrats on both the grill and the WSM as well as the new home. What JR mentioned about the articles is a great idea. Check the link at the top of the page that says "The Weber Virtual Bullet". That is where you will find those articles. Many here would love to help.
