Hello everyone, Don from Oregon here. I've been working the bbq for a long time... I learned on a Texas style offset smoker, a New Braunfels Hondo, that I picked up in San Antonio some thirty years ago... I still have the beastbut haven't fired it up in a couple of years, mostly because the kids grew up and moved out so no need for that much fire power anymore. I picked up my first Weber kettle six or seven years ago and now I have three... An egg green premium with the elusive OEM side table, a Gen 2 Performer Deluxe, with the ceramic inserts, and a Jumbo Joe for camping and picnics in the park, plus a wood burning Clementi Clementina Italian pizza oven, it's the but of red up on top. Glad to be here and excited to see what's going on.
