Hi All,
I am currently using a 18" WSM (with a bbqgaskets gasket kit) that I upgraded to from smoking in a kettle.
I am about 6 pork butts, 3 chickens, and a batch of ribs into the new hobby (a year) and enjoying the results.
Now I just need to figure out how to get my new signals/billows to run more reliably (More questions on that to follow) so I can sleep a little more when I try a brisket soon. And maybe get a lid hinge...
