For the past two years i have been using a Brinkmann Gourmet Electric Smoker and a weber kettle grill for my BBQ smoking, My grandfather thought it was time for an upgrade and purchased me a Weber Smokey Mountain, after he asked what was on my wish list :), so i am looking forward to making some delicious BBQ, and grateful to have found a community like what i have seen here! Welcome to the forum Charles. The members here are all very friendly and love to help others. This is a great place to learn about your WSM. It is a great smoker and will last for many years. Never hesitate to ask for help if you have questions since you are probably not the only person with the same issues to solve. This is a great place to hang out. Congrats on that WSM.
