I just purchased a brand new Weber Summit S 470 NG, and I couldn't be happier. I have wanted one for the longest time, but couldn't justify the cost. Fortunately, my old propane grill just died on me this year, and well, a guy has to do what a guy has to do. :).
I really enjoy grilling and smoking ( I have an Oklahoma Joe Smoker too). I look forward to learning what everyone else has going on with their grills and smokers. Any tips on how I should season my new Summit, or prep it for the summer cooks would be greatly appreciated.

Let the grilling begin!
 
Welcome to the forum. My new gasser is a 19 year old Genesis that I just rehabbed. When I was done with it I just grilled some burgers and it just worked great. That's my experience but I am sure others can give better advice.
