Well I was looking on CL last night and found a Q300 for sale for $175, been listed for about 25 days.
Finally got together with the young man and bought it for $125.
It came with a full tank but no cover. It is pretty good shape just needs cleaning and a new thermometer as the plastic is hazy, typical for a young guy. The coating on the grill 1/2's are loosing the porcelain coating but to me that is a good thing.
Since I have the 2000 going strong I will wait until cooler and drier weather to get this one fixed up.
I will post the 2000 on CL when all the snowbirds get here and hopefully I can get at least $100-125 for the grill, 20lb tank & hose adaptor along with the cover.
That will leave me with just $50 into the Q300 and tank. Gotta love retirement as it gives me time to putz around with stuff like this.
