Beautiful work Geir. I was going to ask you about the gold board as well. My Christmas present bellies are about to be cured, and that's a great way to package them.
The gold and silver foiled board are the same, silver on one side, and gold on the other.
I got these at a restaurant depot, they were not expensive, but the package was quite big, I think the smallest one was 500 pieces. I use maybe 30 tops each year, so I am not sure if I ever need another package
I use a extra board on top of the meat when I insert them into the bag to avoid smearing on the bag. Looks much nicer this way.
