Just found this recipe online and tweaked it a tiny bit (added a bit more lemon for my taste) and personally won't be purchasing store mayo again (as we always have avocado around)...trying to get into some more healthy eating habits without giving up taste!! This is the first mayo alternative my wife likes as well...

Avocado Mayo
Ingredients
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender (or use immersion blender) and mix until combined and smooth. Add more water if a thinner mayo spread is desired. If you want a spicy mayo, feel free to add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne. Store leftovers covered in the fridge, 3-4 days.

- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp oil avocado oil
