6 tsp. black peppercorns
3 tsp. caraway seeds
1 TB. saffron threads
1 TB. cardamom seeds
2 tsp. turmeric

1. Pound peppercorns, caraway seeds, saffron and cardamom seeds in a mortar or grind in a blender.
2. Stir in turmeric and store in a sealed jar.
