Happy Labor Day and Hello!!

Hi from Forest Hill, Maryland. As a Union member myself, I'd like to say happy Labor Day! Even more happy if you are off and able to grill. I'm a middle aged guy who prefers to cook outside anytime of the year. I also believe, to my wifes displeasure, that you can't have too many grills.

So here's my lineup. I look forward to reading, learning and participating when I have something to share. Thanks for having me.
