Hand cut Ribeye's

I stumbled across some "prime grade" ribeye’s via Creekstone Farms that were in my freezer. I went with the lengthy process of cold grate reverse sear using the SnS. This technique produces gratifying results if you have a little time. I sure hope I have some more in the freezer!
