Well I have not used my Members Mark in like 4 or 5 months. Vacuumed it out and got it ready (due to rain storms). Half rack of pasture raised organic rack of lamb. Smells drifting in are amazing!
 
Sorry I forgot to shoot some photos. I forgot just how incredible a cooker the Members Mark is. Lamb was absolutely incredible. Though it could also have been a side effect of this has been the first time I've been able to enjoy a meal since Thursday because I've been sick as all get out.
Still the lamb was absolutely incredible. Marinade of EVOO, juice and zest of a lemon, fresh garlic, thyme oregano, salt and pepper. Vacuum sealed and marinated for about 3 hours.
I keep forgetting what an incredible grill that MM is
