Sorry I forgot to shoot some photos. I forgot just how incredible a cooker the Members Mark is. Lamb was absolutely incredible. Though it could also have been a side effect of this has been the first time I've been able to enjoy a meal since Thursday because I've been sick as all get out.
Still the lamb was absolutely incredible. Marinade of EVOO, juice and zest of a lemon, fresh garlic, thyme oregano, salt and pepper. Vacuum sealed and marinated for about 3 hours.
