GS4 Burner vs Classic Weber

I'm a bit confused. I thought the GS4 system was entirely different than the classic round tube burners. But I saw this Spirit II on FBMP touting GS4 but the burners look like the old classic. In my Genesis II the burners have a rectangular profile and SS deflectors under the burners.
What gives? I am considering this one for my daughter for their new beach house.

GS4 was their marketing speak for the new grills. Has a different ignition and grease management system. It did not necessarily mean new burners like the Genesis.
