Hey guys. Gosh I remember stumbling across Chris's Virtual Weber Bullet videos and forums a million years ago, when I was interested in buying a Weber Bullet. That must have been 2002 or so. And the other day, googling for a problem about a gas valve leak, I stumbled once again upon this board. It's nice to see some forums still doing well and thriving. In fact, with the "enshittification of the internet" I find myself reverting back to those old BBSes and forums I used to frequent, and eschewing the search engines that once were so useful but now produce so much AI-generated garbage.

BTW the Weber Bullet is still sitting in a rain sheltered deck with a cover and hasn't been touched in probably 20 years. It was just too much effort. If I were to do it again, I'd get one with an electric control so I could just set it and forget it, and just not tell any of my friends. :)

Did you know that when you click on "Zurich" on your avatar, you can see all those wonderful pictures of "Zurich"?

Welcome Jeff. Give that WSM another couple of rounds and send us some cook pics. Chris has a bunch of good videos to re-learn some of the basics. The Hot and Fast chicken is a quick cook without a lot of effort.
