My twin 2 1/2 year old twin girls said they wanted salmon for dinner this morning. So I grilled up some salmon and asparagus on the grillgrate flip side. Makes what I call "salmon crackers" with the skin. I and my girls love it. My wife thinks I just weird for liking it and maybe some of you. Here's some grilling pics.





 
Aspargus looks lovely. I usually do my salmon in one piece right on the grill. Much better flavour and colour. But good on your kids for asking for salmon.
 
Thanks. The salmon you see here is frozen salmon from Whole Foods individually packaged this way. This is the best frozen salmon I've ever tasted. Taste is great, color not so much.
