That looks great. What is the difference between Grandma and Sicilian? I love Sicilian pizza when it has a nice crispy bottom.

Grandma pizza is similar to Sicilian but the crust is usually thinner. It started in NY but I think it really originated with the Italian immigrants who came to fhe US. My Italian grandma used to make them all the time.
