Grill grates are awesome. I had a set made to fit my Jumbo Joe and I use them on my 22 inch and pellet grill, and my Blackstone. A great way to grill anything. I get them to 550 to 600
I have the half-moon on one of my kettles, and a complete set on another kettle and I replaced all of the grates on my Genesis Silver B.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
If you get them, the best way to season them get the grill hot, cut an onion in half, spear the onion with a long BBQ fork and rub the rails and surfaces. I don't know the science behind it, (but it works). Grill some fatty food the first couple of cooks, and you're all set. You can flip the rails upside down and have a nice griddle, which is perfect for smashburgers. Veggies don't fall through the grates either.
