I have a Summit 470, want to grill small vegetables such as brussels sprouts, and am thinking about either a grilling basket:

or a rotisserie basket:

In terms of browning/charring, would one give better results than the other?
Would using the rotisserie basket give the same results as if I had just put the vegetables in a regular oven because the vegetables wouldn't be making direct contact with the grill and flame? Or would using the rotisserie basket with the IR burner give equal or better browning/charring than the grill basket?
