Hi new to fourm and just got a wsm last summer. Going to try my first pulled pork for a party this weekend. Just brought 5 pieces of pork shoulder butt roast about 2 1/2 lbs. each. It was all they had at my local store. Is that too small to? Did I get the right kind of pork? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum Thang Le. If you have a Smart and Final store near you, try them. They normally have pork buts in the 7-9 pound range. By the way, is that Orange County, Calif. or Florida?
