I'm happy to have found this forum as it looks like a great source for tips and advice!

My current grills are an Original 22" Kettle, but after a year I replaced the ash catcher pan with the high capacity Master Touch. I also recently replaced my Spirit 500 LX that I purchased in 1999 with a new Spirit II E-310. I was going to refurbish the 500 LX, but it turns out the frame had rusted through to where it wasn't practical to fix.

I tend to grill about 3 to 4 times a week when the whether is nice, much less so in the winter. The kettle gets some use cooking paella and fideua on the weekend. I'll post some pictures at some point.

I hope you will also post some recipes. I know I can do a search, but what the heck is fideua?

A fideua is very similar to a paella, but it's all seafood and the rice is substitued with fideo (a short cut thin spaghetti).

I checked my Pasta Binders and I only have 1 recipe that calls for Fideo. It's a very simple, easy one and since I love to post recipes, I will post it on the "Other Main Course" thread.
