I’ve been grillin for over 50 years and I’ve had a few different Weber grills. They’re the best in my opinion.
I currently have a Kettle grill and a new Spirit model EP-425. I think the new EP-425 is about as good, if not better than the 20 year old Genesis one that I gave away, but it was still working good. I’m really liking the two Sear burners and the more accurate temperature gauge on the 425.
I smoked a whole Turkey for Thanksgiving in my kettle grill a few years ago and it came out great!
