Grate Temp

The recipe on this site says to cook at a lid temp of 325* - 350*. I don't have a lot of faith in the lid thermometer, and would rather use my digital temp gauge at the grate.

So what temp should the grate be at?

Gordy, following the recipe you would still use a smoker temp of 325-350 no matter where your probe is.
